Here we have the same My-Chef oven as the My-Chef Mosaic.  Only the door arch decoration is different, featuring stainless steel art decoration  applied over the door arch.

The design of our My-Chef oven allows for perfect heat distribution inside the cooking chamber because of its higher dome, allowing for better circulation.
This unique and versatile oven is made of 304 stainless steel for optimum functionality and durability.
The outer oven dome is made of punched stainless steel so no cracking of the dome. And the powder coated finish provides optimum protection from the elements. The dome is double walled, so it consists of 2 punched stainless steel domes, with in between the 2 domes a double layer of ceramic blanket and insulating refractory clay. So it is optimum for slow cooking after a pizza night as is retains the heat for long.
The oven floor is insulated with 40mm high density ceramic fibre board with refractory tiles on top. So no heat loss through the oven floor either.
Even the oven door is insulated and in double stainless steel and has a thermo viewing glass.

The optional trolley stand is in stainless steel as well, and finished with powder coating. It has a shelf underneath for wood storage. The 4 heavy duty castor wheels, of which 2 with brakes, make it easy to move the oven around to the place where you would like to use it.

A fire separator in stainless steel comes included with the oven.
