The Piccolo gourmet and pizza oven is a unique compact portable wood fired oven with rotating oven floor! It is our most compact gourmet oven with an intricate and stylish design, very easy and efficient to use and amazingly fast. Piccolo is for everyone who cares about good food!
We designed and engineered Piccolo to make wood fired cooking a breeze and something everyone can do. No wood fired cooking experience needed!
Piccolo cooks faster than your kitchen oven, and with that unique flavour and cosy atmosphere only wood fire creates. It is super easy to light the fire and takes only 15 minutes to reach cooking temperature. With the rotating cooking floor there is no need to turn the pizza or oven dish. Just place it in the oven, close the door and watch your meal cook evenly to perfection. Making Piccolo the easiest wood fired oven to use!

It’s unique design features:
Motorised rotating cooking floor. Ensuring every dish is cooked uniformly to perfection.
Radiating baffle. The baffle is engineered to direct the flow of heat over the internal cavity, through the cooking chamber and only then back out of the chimney, distributing the heat.
Large cooking floor. Made in cordierite for optimum heat distribution to your pizza. The large 36cm stone fits a huge family size pizza or cooking dish !
Air vents. The vents allow for variable flow rate, giving you ultimate control over the temperature.
Floating decorative outer shell. The stylish outer shell remains cool to the touch, so you can use it anywhere as a feature to your dining setting, or on a set by table in your outdoor area.
Hinged oven door with viewing glass. No need to open the door constantly to check the cooking process, so no loss of heat.

I’ve been using Piccolo Oven, the baby of my-woodfired oven, for over a month now.
It is an amazing product, a great oven and easy to use for any kind of level, from professional to housewives. The infrared thermometer helps you to calibrate the inside temperature to perfection.
In this period I’ve learned how to make pizza by using Piccolo Oven day by day. Inside the oven I’ve been able to: grill steaks, fish, backing seafood and lamb, baking pork, roasting any kind of vegetable, warming up food, baking bread and lasagna….
